Fellows

The Fellows residency program identifies emerging leaders and empowers them to discover their destiny.

Together, the XEALOT Fellows explore a multi-disciplinary, immersive experience including the arts, business strategies, and community development. Mentors provide coaching throughout the process, reproducing the best of their leadership in the next generation and equipping them to transform the world.

The XEALOT curriculum appeals to a variety of learning styles, including Auditory (ear), Visual (eye), Reading/Writing (head), Experiential (hand), and Social (face to face).

Testimonials

“I can confindently say that the Fellows Program has been one of the best learning experiences in my life.  I believe that the best way to learn is not when someone necessarily tells you what to do, but actually shows you how to do it and walks you through it.  Through living with my Fellows mentor, I learned things through having a meal, joining in on a meeting, or simply hanging out, that I never would have learned from a class or a book.” Victor Chung, Lecturer at Sookmyung Women’s University

“The Fellows Program gave me a more firm understanding of my identity in Christ and purpose by allowing me live with, and learn from spiritual mentors. I learned to fill my life with deliberate rhythms that energize me and to facilitate an ongoing posture of listening for God’s voice.” Anthony Hamilton, Soccer Player at NSC Minnesota Stars
