Shaun King, in partnership with XEALOTS, created HopeMob – a mob of people creating experiences of hope just like flash mobs develop moments of spontaneous joy and laughter. HopeMobs bring caring strangers together to create sudden (but organized) relief and hope all over the world. XEALOTS provided financial and intellectual resources to get HopeMob off the ground and continues to share in its leadership. Website

Bensons International Academy (BIA) is recognized as one of the premiere schools in Mysore. Recently XEALOTS has helped the school strategize a sustainable model for nonprofits and connected them to the third-largest retailer in the country to buy computers and related equipment. Website

Slingshot is a community of creatives, dreamers and misfits that was founded by a XEALOTS Alum. The group carries out creative projects that promote social change and provoke paradigm shifts in how people perceive themselves, God, and others. Website

Jim Gustafson, who has served as director at XEALOTS, founded the GDN to empower grassroots leaders and organizations bringing positive changes to at-risk communities in Southeast Asia. XEALOTS provides capital for community development, sustainable businesses like fish farms that transform local communities, and a marine research center. Website

KidWorks exists to transform challenged neighborhoods in central Santa Ana by building on the strengths and potential in the community through education, character formation, and personal development. On the Summer of 2012 KidWorks will launch the XEALOTS Academy Program for 6-12 grade students. Website

Laundry Love Projects (LLPs) are regular opportunities to help people who are struggling financially by assisting them with doing their laundry. Relationships are built, and LLPs become small communities of common concern in which participants often find that they receive assistance and benefit with other areas of their lives. The Row is a group of activists that gather to address the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless people on Skid Row in Los Angeles. The Row was founded by a XEALOTS alum mentored by CEO Dave Gibbons. Facebook Page.

In response to the rapidly increasing instances of human trafficking, we are establishing a human trafficking rehab center to provide shelter and immediate medical assistance to victims. Long-term we plan to develop a full-service center providing psychological care, repartition, and education. The Well was founded by a XEALOTS alum trained in Thailand. Website
