Bill has come a long way. As an 18 year old kid, he could barely speak English; today he runs a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Bill is a former prodigy of Julian Robertson and the founder of Tiger Asian Management. And he learned a thing or two from his mentor—Mr. Hwang’s fund returned 55% in 2007 and has a seven-year average of 40%.

He is also the Founder and President of the SHAW Community Transformation Corporation in the Crenshaw community of Los Angeles. A former Virgin Records artist as part of the rap group College Boyz, Cue heard a call from God in 1994 while watching the movie “Malcolm X.”

Jeannie is an actress, TV personality, makeup artist, and fashion expert best known for her exuberant energy as the host of Style Network’s Emmy- nominated show How Do I Look? Jeannie also appears as a frequent fashion correspondent on the Today show and The Daily 10 on E! News. She has also hosted a wide variety of other specials at Style Network including Dude, Where’s your Style?, Go Fix Yourself, and Lucky Shops in conjunction with Lucky Magazine.

Jeff is a journalist, writer, and editor who received the Pulitzer Prize for Investigative Journalism in 1993 for a series of articles published in the Orlando Sentinel. Jeff also won a Scripps Howard award for environmental journalism in 1991 for a year-long examination of the then-failing efforts to save the endangered manatee in Florida. In 1994 he won the Worth Bingham Prize for a series of stories exposing lapses within the Federal Aviation Administration on safety issues.

Josh pastors a church community called Vereda in Mexico City. He is passionate about the local church and is excited about what God is doing in the city. Pointing people to Jesus, connecting them in the church so they can belong, and expanding God’s kingdom here on earth is his greatest pleasure! Christ. Community. Compassion. That’s what it’s all about!

Josh is married to Dania, and have 3 beautiful children. They have been living in Mexico City since 2007.

Ralph is a Hollywood film producer who has produced blockbuster movies such as the X-Men, Fantastic Four and Star Trek series. He is also a partner in ThomasWinterCooke, which produces television commercials and represents a number of commercial directors. Ralph is a member of the Directors Guild of America and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and has helped film schools including the Veracity Project and Biola University.

Over the last 20 years, Sam has led ventures in retail and IT and created best practices for working inter-culturally. He was the Vice President of Information Technology for Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market in the US, a subsidiary of Tesco and third-largest retailer in the world. While serving on the Operating Board for Tesco Lotus in Thailand, he helped build various retail formats and introduced retail innovations.

Dave started a promising ministry career at Bayside Covenant Church in Granite Bay, CA. In 2004, he hooked up with XEALOT and suddenly life was turned upside-down. He and his family moved to Thailand in 2005 to help launch Newsong Church in Bangkok, then went on to lead a similar initiative in London. In 2009, he returned to California to launch a production company, bringing his creative spark and 15 years of ministry experience to his role on the XEALOT team.
